When i was in the gate of Happy Beach Resort i need to...
When i was in the gate of Happy Beach Resort i need to register in other place where they put a tent on it. Unfortunately my name was not registered & I insisted i made the booking on line. Then i need to take a ticket which they let me wait for a long time. Then we need to proceed a private road for the lobby entrance which is not comfortable at all. The guest will be waiting under the heat of the sun for a long time. When i ask where i can talk with the manager they need to radio for her and waited for 30 minutes. They ask me to pay right away in cash which i said i need to see my room first. They insisted not to view the room not until I will pay in cash. So I told them i will transfer & showed me the room. This toom was a mess & smelled a urine because they whete saying 2 kids peeyed on the floor
